2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment and written confirmation from The Sahraoui Tours.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.
3. Prices & Inclusions
- Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and include only the services explicitly mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.
- All-inclusive packages may include accommodation, transportation, meals, guide services, and insurance, as specified in the program.
- International flights are included only if clearly stated.
4. Payment Terms
- The Sahraoui Tours accepts secure online payments, advance payments, and cash payments.
- Cash payments can be made at one of our official agencies in Morocco or Europe.
- Upon receipt of a cash payment, the client will receive an official payment receipt and a formal booking confirmation.
- An advance payment or deposit is required to secure your booking in a safe and efficient manner.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All payments are processed in accordance with applicable regulations and through secure and reliable procedures to protect our clients.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on the date of cancellation.
- No refunds will be issued for unused services once the trip has started.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
6. Changes to Itineraries
- The Sahraoui Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any changes will be made to ensure traveler safety and service quality.
7. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers must ensure they hold valid passports, visas, and travel documents.

- The Company is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
8. Insurance

9. Health & Safety

- Participation in activities is at the traveler’s own risk.

- The Company is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expenses caused by events beyond its control.
